Hello my friends,
If the famous pirate Blackbeard was Italian and drank mojitos, I’m sure this would be his recipe. I am once again taking advantage of what is fresh around the homestead. We spent the day collecting little bits and bobs of fresh red and black currants. The black currants have a dark flavor making a refreshing mojito even more interesting. And the Prosecco in place of club soda is a great substitution.
