I’ve been revisiting old video footage from our time in Sicily and it made me crave a lemon granita. So I thought it was the perfect idea for a cocktail. I made this a little bit quicker by using the blender. It gives you a nice slushy cocktail that is easy to make and perfect for these hot summer days.
