I love your perspective Shaye! You have a way with words and photography that gets me every time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful life with us. Much love ❤️
I admire your persistence and dedication to photography, and the way you’ve allowed it to grow, stretch and change as you do. It’s learning captured in art, and it’s beautiful. Not everybody has the courage to learn publicly, and I know how hard it is, but it’s valuable. Keep at it, sister. ❤️
I think this is why I was a documentary photographer for so long, bc it felt more authentic to capture the mess. I have shifted now but still enjoy capturing things as they are vs curating!
Beautifully said, as always, and I love the part about focusing on one’s self, the photographer for better photos. Your art is what makes your channel one of my favorites!
I love this perspective! And I have to just say that seeing you capture these moments in your life, make me want to have to eyes to see these moments in my own life!
It’s a real skill to be able to capture with a camera what you see without it. Sometimes the light is awe striking but it doesn’t come through on photo. I’ve tried... not always successful. I’m aware of where I can improve and vow to learn. But then other times I think to myself, this doesn’t always need to be captured and shared. It’s ok to just appreciate it and allow it to be. I find I’m doing more and more of that the last 6-8 months.
I couldn’t possibly love this more. I am so drawn to this concept and style of photography and maybe even life philosophy in general. The photos are beautiful and special.
