Hello my friends!
I want to deeply, richly, sink into the summer season and make sure that each piece of it is savored. The older I get, the more I seem to accept pieces of life that are. Try as I might, I’ve get to be able to change the seasons at will. Accepting each piece of them, best as I can, has aided to my peace of mind tremendously.
(Remind me I said that when we’re in the middle of a February snow storm.)
Still, I’m anticipating summer rushing by (which it always does) but I still want to make sure that I see it, feel it, taste it, and cook it!
So come along with me as we continue to do just that! Here’s your second June menu.
