It’s time to prepare for another round of recipes and meal planning as we head into February. I know, I know. Don’t be sad about it. As unsexy as meal planning and food preparation may feel in the moment, future you will be ever-so-happy with your efforts. I hope the menu below helps take some of the pain from this task!
Sometimes I like to look at pretty pictures of food to remind myself of the beauty that we get to create each day in the kitchen. Having food is a blessing. Having people to cook for is a blessing. Having access to a kitchen is a blessing. There’s much to be thankful for!
As a quick reminder, we offer our paid newsletter supporters two menus each month. Each printable menu will cover 10-days worth of seasonal meals and will include notes on when to mix sourdough, soak beans, etc. Also - new this month! - we were able to link to blog posts or YouTube videos for many of the recipes. I hope this makes it even more of a resource for you.

Be encouraged! From-scratch meals take effort, perhaps even a little bit more than you’re used to. But that doesn’t mean cooking meals from-scratch needs to overrun your kitchen or life. It’s doable. I promise.
