Dare I say, I really dislike most dips. They tend to be full of nasty vegetable oils, are often flat in the flavor department, and are overly salted. I just find them mildly repulsive in most contexts. Yes, repulsive.
So when my friend Natali served me this dip a few years ago, I passed it up and just ate the vegetables plain. But then she started to explain to me what was in it and how much she enjoyed it.
Whole fat, plain yogurt. I can do that.
Lemon juice. My favorite flavoring ever.
