Hello my friends,
Stuart and I are one again excited to open up our kitchen over the summer for a couple of speciality summer workshops. This is a time of year when the produce baskets are full, the ambient temperature of the kitchen makes sourdough baking markedly quicker, and our homeschool schedule has lessoned the demands of the weekdays. It is a time for us to spend extra time with you, new and old friends alike.
Back by popular demand, we will be teaching a sourdough workshop, as well as our well-recieved summer preserving workshop. If you’ve been to either workshop before, fear not, all of our recipes with be new for the season ahead.
Our workshops are small-group, online workshops that are meant to build community, build skills in the kitchen, and inspire delicious food to be made! They’re designed and presented in a way that offer ease of conversation, plenty of interactive questions & answers, and attentive instruction. A packet of information and recipes will be mailed to all participants prior to the class.
I'm very pleased (and slightly eager!) to add these workshops onto the summer calendar. If this interests you, you’re welcome to register for the workshop of your choosing right here. At least for a few hours, the world will slow down and we can fill our hearts in the kitchen together.
