Occasionally, regional variations or specific wheat flours lend their unique character to the pasta, but fundamentally, pasta is just dough. Keep this humble origin in mind as you embark (or continue) on your pasta-making journey in the cozy confines of your own kitchen.
My aim is to inspire and guide you toward discovering the sheer joy of crafting homemade pasta. Like any culinary endeavor, the more you immerse yourself in it, the greater the pleasure and proficiency you'll derive from the process. Armed with a handful of fundamental recipes and a touch of guidance, you'll soon find yourself standing at your kitchen counter, lightly dusted with flour, meticulously cutting long, silky strips of tagliatelle destined to embrace a rich Bolognese sauce.
The best part? You don't need any special pasta-making equipment.
Our workshops are immersive and educational experiences that take place over three hours via the Zoom platform. During this time, we'll embark on a culinary adventure together, preparing recipes and delving into the intricacies of pasta making. This interactive and intimate setting allows you to seek guidance, ask questions, and connect with fellow participants, creating a shared passion for the art of pasta.
To maintain an intimate atmosphere, each workshop is limited to just 20 participants.

A printed workshop packet complete with lists, prep assignments, and recipes.
A personally signed copy of the Family Table cookbook.
A portion of our cherished sourdough starter, accompanied by detailed instructions.
