Hello friends,
I don’t think anything I have to say is that important - at least, none of my own particular thoughts or answers. Still, we exist in community for a reason. Those around us offer insights, opinions, and perspectives that aren’t ours. This leads us to think, challenge our own line of thinking, and perhaps gain new knowledge or perspective we wouldn’t otherwise have gathered.
I so enjoy our q&a videos that Stuart and I get to sit down and record each month, in which we answer your direct questions. This isn’t because we offer grand responses or life-changing perspectives, but instead, because it means we are in a community.
You share your questions, we share our answers.
Likewise, each time we share a video, journal post, or video with you, many of you offer your own thoughtful responses, comments, and advice. We’ve learned, gleaned, and gathered from you as well!
It’s good to be in this together.
In this months 45+ minute video, we answer questions like:
How do we manage a clean house with littles?
What have we learned about gardening and agriculture from our time in Italy?
What are our thoughts on college for our kids in the modern era?
What are our thoughts on finances in early marriage?
What espresso machine/coffee set up do we have?
How often do we declutter our kitchen compared to other rooms?
Would we still choose to live in the country if we worked in the city?
…. and more! We hope you enjoy our chat. Pour a glass and let’s get to it:
